Welcome to Formula Neon! Thanks for considering our Affiliate program.
The following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to use products or services from the merchant.
By participating in the Program, the Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in and is bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.
1. Approve or Reject the Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for rejecting your Affiliate Program Registration.
2. Tier Based Commission:
Note: We count the total Sales from when the Affiliate starts the Program to when they end the partnership with Formula NEON. It's LIFELONG!
Bronze
- All the Affiliates start at the Bronze Tier
- 8% Fixed Commission
- After the first sale, the Affiliate will be promoted to Silver
Silver
- The Affiliate can request a product
- 10% Fixed Commission
- The Affiliate gets promoted to Gold after they make 25 sales
Gold
- The Affiliate will be sent a GIFT of their own choice
- 12% Fixed Commission
- The Affiliate gets promoted to PLATINUM after they make 100 sales
PLATINUM
- The Affiliate will be sent a Formula Neon Gift Card with $1000 store credit as a token of appreciation
- 15% Fixed Commission
3. Minimum Monthly Post Requirements
NOTE: This is only valid on the Affiliate's preferred Social Media Platform. They are free to post on multiple platforms.
TikTok
NOTE: All the requirements below might not be valid for the Bronze Tier
1. One minimum 10s video showcasing the product in your surroundings where the Affiliate talks about the product and the ongoing deals on the website
2. At least one instance where you have the product in your background in any of your videos
3. Videos should stay on your profile for at least one year
4. Share one video (previously posted by you) with Formula Neon monthly, along with exclusive rights to publish, use, and distribute it. This might be used in the Ads where we will give credit to the influencer by having their Social Media handle visible, which could bring more traction to the influencer. (There is an incentive in making high-quality content, new fan following, and higher sales – HELP US PROMOTE YOU)
YouTube
NOTE: All the requirements below might not be valid for the Bronze Tier
1. One mention of Formula Neon with a minimum of 15s video screen time where the Affiliate talks about the product and the ongoing deals on the website
2. At least one instance where you have the product in your background in any of your videos
Instagram
NOTE: All the requirements below might not be valid for the Bronze Tier
1. Post at-least one REEL on your FEED every month. The post should stay on the FEED for at least one year. You can use our content from the shared folder until you have been approved for a product.
2. One minimum 10s Reel showcasing the product in your room/space where the Affiliate talks about the ongoing deals on the website.
3. Repost at least one story from @formulaneon_
4. Share at least one Reel (previously posted by you with the product) with Formula Neon with the exclusive rights to publish, use, and distribute it. This might be used in the Ads where we will give credit to the influencer by having their Social Media handle visible, which could bring more traction to the influencer. (There is an incentive in making high-quality content, new fan following, and higher sales – HELP US PROMOTE YOU)
4. Video Testimonial of the Product
Anytime the Affiliate receives the product from Formula Neon, they are expected to share a video testimonial with exclusive rights to publish, use, and distribute it. The Affiliate is expected to share the video testimonial of the product within ten days of receiving the product.
Refer to the welcome package document under the marketing took tab for more information on how to share the video with Formula Neon.
Failure to do so will result in the removal of the Affiliate from the Affiliate Program.
5. Affiliate Links and Coupons
The affiliate link is automatically generated, but you can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on someone else’s referral link and then later clicks on yours, yours is the one that counts.
An affiliate will be assigned a coupon code with details and usage clarified on the Dashboard. If the customer first uses the Affiliate link and then uses the coupon code, the Affiliate will not receive a double commission.
The Affiliate may also advertise merchant websites on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube, or offline classified channel ads, magazines, and newspapers.
6. Commissions and payment
Refer any customer to purchase on our website; you will get a commission amount calculated based on the Commission structure. The Commission amount depends on order value and does not include extra fees (tax, shipping cost,...).
For an Affiliate to receive a commission, you need to specify the payment details on Settings. The payment schedule will be notified on the Affiliate's page.
Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy. Merchants have the right to review every referral order. The commission status is displayed in the Commission tab; any paid commission will be listed on the Payment tab. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.
7. Marketing tool
We have shared high-quality Videos, GIFs, and Images around the product under your Marketing Tool Tab to help you with the content. Open the Welcome Package document to answer all your questions and help you navigate your new journey. You can download the media to share on affiliate channels.
8. Cookie
We use a cookie to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them.
If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies, then we can't track them, so we can't pay earnings on that person's activity.
Cookies day is said on the Affiliate registration form. The tracking day will start when a customer clicks on the Affiliate’s link or uses the coupon. Within cookie time, every order made by this customer at the merchant website will automatically result in commissions to the Affiliate (There’s no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link then).
9. Removal from Referral Program
If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the affiliate program, they can contact .
